14-day right of return.
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason.
Conditions
- The product must be in the condition in which we shipped it – not installed, undamaged and complete
- Wheels built to your own individual design (custom orders outside the catalogue) cannot be returned, in line with EU consumer law on personalised goods
- Every parcel ships with "inspect" and "test" options – we recommend checking the wheel on delivery
How to return a product
1. Email us or use the contact form with your order number
2. Ship the product, well packed, to the address we provide
3. We refund you within 14 days of receiving and checking the product
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty or not as ordered.
