Terms & conditions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the merchant operating the STEERIVO.EU online store (details on the Contact page) and the users of the website.
Orders
- Orders are placed through the cart. You must select the car model the wheel is intended for
- You receive an email confirmation after ordering. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order
- When paying a deposit, production starts after the payment is received
Prices
- All prices are in euro (€) including VAT
- The delivery cost is shown in the cart before you place your order
- Modules priced "on request" are agreed separately and charged only with your consent
Compatibility and installation
- The wheels come with airbag and multifunction buttons as shown in the photos
- We recommend professional installation. The merchant is not liable for damage caused by improper installation
- The carbon pattern may differ slightly from the photos – every wheel is unique
Warranty and complaints
- Products carry the statutory warranty under EU and Bulgarian consumer law
- Complaints are accepted by email or through the form on the Contact page
Withdrawal
The return conditions are described on the Returns page.
Disputes
In case of a dispute you may contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
